Their territory covers a large area from Crenshaw Blvd in the west to Figueroa Avenue in the east, between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in the north towards 52nd Street in the south.
Only some 40's fall under the Neighborhood Crips card because their hood is organized into four loosely affiliated crews that control their part of 40s territory. Neighborhood 40s is just one group, there are also Darcside 40s, Parcside 40s and Avenue 40s.
The Rollin 40’s rivals are all Bloods, but they have had fueds with other Crip sets, including all Gangsta Crips. The 40s became enemies of their former allies the Rollin 30s Harlem Crips around 1996 when it was widely rumored that the Rollin 40’s were responsible for the shooting death of a Rollin 30’s member, sparking a tit-for-tat series of retaliatory shootings. A truce was declared between the two gangs by 2006 but a few members of both gangs may still have resentment, making their alliance extremely vulnerable at times.
The Rollin 40s are supposed to be allies of the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, but that alliance is also questionable due to a series of beefs between the once close gangs starting in the mid 2010's that have almost turned these two Naybas into enemies.
