The Westside 111 or 1E11 Neighborhood Crips is a gang located in South Los Angeles west of Western Avenue off 111th Street.
They were founded around 1974 or 1975 and are one of the oldest Crip gangs on the Westside of Los Angeles.
One Elevens are part of the Neighborhood Crips and the Rollin 100s alliance also known as The Hundreds, an alliance starts in jail in the 1990s of a group of gangs surrounding the area of Century Blvd like the 105 Underground Crips and the 102 and 120 Raymond Avenue Crips.
